Villa Regina Residence has 5 apartments with different sizes to cover all our guests needs: couples, families, friends groups, professional on travel. The Villa is located in central position by Amelia's Town and also by Umbria Region and central Italy, you would love that for your tours in Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Rome and Florence.
You'll get to the public gardens, the ancient town center, grocery store, chemist's, restaurants and bars on foot, enjoyng the relaxing life of Amelia.

All apartments are fully equipped with private parking and illuminated garden .
They are also equipped with pots and pans, linens, bedding and towels for each guest.
We do not rent for more than six months. For periods longer than 30 days private negotiation are available.
For rentals greater than seven days, the cleaning and changing of linens will be done once a week.
If needed, camp beds or sofa beds are available at 10 euro per person per day.
